- Xstrata Tries again for Workers Camp at Sewerage Farm
Despite comprehensively losing its bid to establish a high density transient "Miners Estate" next to Muswellbrook Sewerage Works Xstrata now seek Land and Environment Court approval for the project. Some 20+ objectors are preparing for the challenge to keep this unwanted and illegal development from being thrust on the community. (182kb pdf file)
